Stewart Title Guaranty Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance
Company (formerly known as Alamo Title Company).

have an extensive real estate background.
In August 1996, Clear
Title Company, Inc. refurbished an old historic red brick building one
block off the courthouse square into a modern title insurance facility
to store its extensive files (over 50,000 real estate closings), the old
Fayette County Abstract maps and tract books.
